Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch within 3 days. However, as we are a small husband wife business, it may sometimes be up to a week.
We offer three flat rate shipping services:
1. UK – £4.50 via Royal Mail Tracked
2. Europe – £15.95 via Royal Mail Tracked
3. Rest of World – £25 via Royal Mail Tracked
Please note that Recirculate cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes countries in the European Union.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please get in contact with us if something is wrong with your order or you wish to return an item.
We offer a 14 day return policy on all full priced items. The 14 day returns window begins when the order is delivered to your address or chosen drop off point. The item being returned must be posted within this 14 day window to be eligible for a full refund.
You are responsible for securely packaging the item so no damage is incurred during the return to us. If you fail to appropriately package the item for return and the item is damaged on it's way back to us, we will not process your refund.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
In the event that your parcel is not delivered to the address on your order after multiple delivery attempts by the courier or you fail to collect your order from the collection point, any delivery fees on your order will not be refunded if your order is eventually returned to us.
